Directions to UNH, Whittemore Center, and Lundholm Gym
From Massachusetts – travel North on I-95 toward
Portsmouth. Take Exit 4 (Spaulding Turnpike) for five miles. At Exit 6 West,
take Route 4 West for 5-1/2 miles to the Madbury Road traffic light. Turn left
onto Madbury Road and go one mile to the Edgewood Road stop sign. Turn right
onto Edgewood Road for approximately 3/4mile. Whittemore Center parking lot is
on your right, just past the outdoor pool. For Lundholm continue on Edgewood to
the stop sign (Main Street). Turn right and go through the traffic light (Whittemore
Center is visible on your right) up a slight rise and at the crest, Lundholm Gym
and the UNH Field House are on your left. You should park in A Lot, on your
right and across the street from the Gym. There is a pedestrian tunnel that
will bring you back under Main Street to the gym.
From Maine – travel I-95 South to Exit 5 (Spaulding
Turnpike)for five miles. To Exit 6 West on Route 4 and follow above directions.
From the West via Route 101. Take the Epping, Route
125 Exit and go North on Route 125 for ten miles to the Lee traffic circle.
Bear right onto Route 4 East and travel to the UNH-Durham exit, about four
miles. This exit puts you on Main Street. Travel one mile and on the right
you’ll see the UNH tennis courts, track and football stadium ahead. For
Lundholm parking (A Lot) turn left just before the tennis courtsand bear right
then left into the lot. There is a pedestrian tunnel under Main Street that
takes you to Lundholm Gym and the UNH Field House.
For the Whittemore Center continue on Main Street past
Lundholm and the Whit is on the left. There is free parking on either side.
From the West via Route 89 or North via Route 93 and
Concord - take Route 4 East (north of Concord on I-93) to the Seacoast.
Stay on Route 4 East through the Epsom traffic circle and the Lee traffic circle
(about 30 miles east of Concord) to the UNH-Durham exit and follow above
directions.
Directions to Oyster River High School or Middle School
Use above directions from I-95 to the Madbury Road traffic
light and turn left onto Madbury Road for ¼ mile to a left on
Emerson Road. From the West, stay on Route 4 East past the first UNH-Durham
exit to the Madbury Road traffic light and turn right onto Madbury
Road for ¼ mile to a left onto Emerson Road. Stay on Emerson through for one
mile, through two stop signs. After second stop sign the road becomes Bagdad
Road. Continue straight and the high school is just ahead on the right. The
gym is the first thing you’ll see. Turn right onto Coe Drive and then right
into the parking lot. For the Oyster River Middle School continue on Coe Drive
past the high school for about ¾ mile, past the playing fields and up the hill.
The middle school is at the top of the hill on the right. Us the driveway on
the right to go behind the school to the gym at the end of the parking area.

to the next location. It’s a small town!
